The BASE is excited to announce a search for our next Chief Development Officer (CDO). This senior leadership role will lead our fundraising and partnership strategy, ensuring the resources and relationships needed to fuel our mission of leveraging the power of sports to transform lives and communities.<\/p>\n

The CDO will be a key partner to our President & CEO, Board, and staff, and will help drive ambitious growth to expand opportunities for urban youth to achieve their full potential.<\/p>\n
